Our plans offer a unique pre-existing provider relationship rider (PPRTM). When you receive care from out of network physicians they are paid usual and customary in network fees. This encourages employees to select their physician and continue to receive care from this physician even if insurance providers change. The PPRTM rider ensures greater quality and continuity of care for the patient and continued business for the health care provider.
